For a personal project, I decided to refresh the logo and menu layout of a great little ice cream parlor in Lancaster County called Gigi's. I love the theme and the chaotically retro atmosphere of the building, which I tried to reflect in both designs. I learned a lot about menu layout and hierarchy in this project, such as learning about how to make high-selling items draw attention on the menu. I also had to think a lot about the overall legibility and logical layout of menu items.
